Random NPC Name Generator

There's been a d100 random name generator sat around in my gaming folder looking very smug but also a bit lonely for some time now and so I thought I'd try and create one that stands a chance of getting some table use.

It's likely woefully inadequate since I've spent about half an hour on it but I figured if I hit at least a lot of the sounds that make up a name or word it should work out alright.

Roll 1d3 (or 1d6 and divide by two) at the same time to decide with which die the name should start.
